Elisa was courteous, respectful of my purchasing options, knowledgeable of all of the Frontier features and your inventory, pleasant and cheerfully positive. She matched my wife and I up with the exact vehicle we wanted, and answered all the questions we asked. She gave us full attention and wasn't rushed. She coordinated with preparation of the vehicle and the financial aspects so that it was smooth and efficient. She demonstrated features of the vehicle so that we were very comfortable driving it away. She has followed up with phone and even researched some lesser esoteric questions. I would be surprised if she wasn't employee of the month many, many times. The Financial Coordinator was efficient and explained all of the details of the purchase. The Dealership facilities were spotless and welcoming. Even the Service waiting area looked comfortable and attractive. The parts department was friendly and courteous. Parking was ample. But in the end, people make the difference. And these people were great. More

2017 Sentra 2016 Altima purchase I was shopping for cars recently due to having lost a vehicle in an accident. I had a 2013 Sentra that I purchased from a rental car sales. I was very happy with the 2013 Sentra and was almost certain I would replace it with a similar car. I researched rental car sales and other used car dealers, including Nissan of Elk Grov Certifid used cars. I found that Nissan of Elk Grove had a much larger variety of vehicles at more reasonable prices. I contacted via e-mail and got a very prompt response from sales representative Elisa Gonzales. After several e-mails and phone calls I made an appointment with Elisa to look at some vehicles. After a quick discussion she convinced me that I could get a NEW Sentra at about the same price. In no time I had the car picked out, test drove and in and out of finance thanks to Joe Luiz' great customer service. I was so pleased with the experience I took my 23 year old son there less than a week later to purchase his FIRST. Car. Again, Elisa was the go to girl and did not let me down. My son bought a NEW 2016 Altima. Great deals and great service. Vu Huynh provided great assistance in financing the Altima. More

I visited the dealership and the sales staff often when I charged the Leaf. I fell in love with this dealership, their values and their customer service. The kids love the free wifi- and soda while we are waiting. The service department has been excellent at accommodating my schedule, loaning me a car and keeping me updated when service was done. Jeff is top notch! I recently went back to purchase my Leaf and also purchased another van for my husbands business. We have had two more amazing transactions with Nissan of EG this week.
