However, after walking into Nissan of Elk Grove and meeting Mitchelle Soneja our fears were quickly quelled. He was the most professional car salesperson we have ever dealt with. He was very friendly, patient, courteous and kind. He showed us that he cared about our car buying experience and did all he could to make it as painless as possible. He was very respectful and explained each step of the process and also thanked us numerous times for our patience and patronage. Mitchelle Soneja is the main reason we walked out of Nissan of Elk Grove with the keys to our newly purchased Altima and a smile on our faces. More

The single worst car buying experience of my life! I feel very bad for my sales person, Steve. He was this dealerships only positive attribute. It took the dealership 7 weeks to obtain financing, I had I feel very bad for my sales person, Steve. He was this dealerships only positive attribute. It took the dealership 7 weeks to obtain financing, I had to resign contracts twice, they sent two letters telling me to return my vehicle, and when I called, they told me they just sent it out to cover themselves, I really didn't need to return my vehicle. Both times the letters were sent, it was after the 10 day allowable timeframe to request a vehicle back. The very first contract was the old "bait and switch" the finance person Vu said we had to buy gap insurance to obtain a lower interest rate, we walked out of the office and went home. Three days after walking out, they told us they could give us the original rate. We made an appointment to come in and had to wait three hours for them to finalize the loan with the lender. A month later, we were told we had to resign a new contract switching buyer and co buyer. I will never buy another vehicle from this establishment. I am a return customer, this was my second purchase with them. More

We were greeted by the Anthony Glover who helped us pick cars that were in our price range but also had all of the features we wanted as well. My husband found a car he liked and we were able to test drive it that night. Anthony was thorough and able to help us work with an affordable monthly payment. Anthony and the other staff members Sang Chac and Vu Huynh all treated us very well. They were attentive to our needs and were able to work with us and get us to an outcome that worked well for our budget. We love our new car and have Nissan of Elk Grove to thank for that. We would highly recommend to our friends and family members to purchase their next vehicle there. Thank you for your help guys! More
