When it came time to finish up with the financing, we felt like everything in the contract; etc was very clear. We did not feel like we were left with any surprises or confusion. We understood the offers for the extra servicing plans but we choose to decline them because of the added monthly costs and we had some of them already. I did a lot of research on the 2013 cars and SUVs and visited several dealerships to look at vehicles before deciding on the Nissan Altima 3.5 SL. Although it was not my intention, the info went to Nissan of Elk Grove (and others) and I immediately received an email from Vu Huynh with a price quote. Another dealer also responded with an offer about $600 higher. I visited Vu and test drove the only 3.5 SL in stock. This car was not the color my wife and I desired, so Vu did a check of sister dealers and found the exact car we were looking for at the Nissan dealer in Redding. The next day Vu did a vehicle swap with the Redding dealer and after Nissan of Elk Grove did their thing with the car we did the paperwork. No price haggling whatsoever. The offered price was fair based upon my pricing checks. Although I have always sold my old car myself, my car needed about $4,000 in body work ($2000 to me after insurance). So, just for the heck of it, I asked what I could get for it as a trade-in instead of my having to go through the hassles of getting the body work done and selling the car. I was offered the exact price I had told my wife I would accept; again, no haggling. After about 45 minutes going through paper work with Vu I was handed off to the finance guy who, I must admit, was very good at his job. I ended up financing the Altima through Nissan instead of my credit union as well as purchasing the 5 year prepaid routine maintenance and 7 year extended warranty contracts. I was not pressured into doing this, but I was offered a lower finance rate and another $500 off of the bottom line. It just made good sense to me to do this. Vu took over again and went through the instrumentation and features of our new Altima. We then drove our new car home. I buy a new car every 10 to 12 years, and this purchase was by far the most pleasant. Hopefully, I will be as happy with the service when the Altima needs routine maintenance and repairs. More

We test drove the final picks and before long I had a car I could be proud of and represents who I am. Grant and Amina were so quick with the paperwork, it almost took no time at all. Very efficient! I really felt cared for at the dealership (which was clean and uncluttered). The staff is very professional, efficient and friendly. It was the quickest deal I've ever had! I'll definitely be back for my next vehicle! More

Went to the dealership for a recall on my Armada, turns out it had 3 recalls. Nothing really major as my Armada has never had any problems ever since I bought it. Not only did they accept my vehicle for the recall, they notified me of the other two, offered me something to drink and also offered to shuttle me back to my house and call me upon completion. While I was there, I decided to look around the lot. Great sales talk from the guy helping me out with a 2010 Platinum Armada (can't remember his name though, I think it was Vu?). Very knowledgeable and helpful. Even offered to give me a quote on my Armada if I decided to trade it in. I loved that Armada he showed me but unfortunately I am really hesitant in buying a vehicle since I have been a victim of identity theft, and with all these dealerships checking my credit and turning me away, I shy away from even asking anymore. But VU? even told me he would see what he could do if I ever decided to try. Great guy! The payment counter was very friendly as well. They even gave my Armada a courtesy car wash (and it needed it) LOL ... all in all Nissan of Elk Grove has THE very best group of individuals working as a great team. Well-oiled machine! Had a 2000 Nissan Sentra that needed to be traded in. Was looking for another used car and Vu found us a great car. However when it came time to purchase it was discovered a new car would be the way to go. O looking for another used car and Vu found us a great car. Kept the price to what could afford and left with a great 2011 Nissan Versa. The car handles great and we got the greatest deal I think. Grant in finance was amazingly professional and got us through the process quickly. I strongly suggest seeing these 2 men. Vu and Grant. I will be going back to Elk Grove Nissan again and again. My family and I came to Nissan of Elk Grove to browse at used Nissan Altimas. While looking, Vu Huynh approached us being very friendly and helpful. He showed us a few cars and we noticed the 2010 Altima would be a better way to go because it was only a difference of a couple thousand, especially with the rebate that was offered with the new car. Vu Huynh was very professional and easy to talk to. He made my first time experience with buying a car very easy and comfortable. Being that my family and I had arrived at around 7 p.m., we stayed until at least an hour after closing time negotiating and going through the paper work. What I liked best was that we did not feel rushed at all, nor did he make me feel pressured in buying a car that night. Vu made sure from the beginning that I liked the car before making any final decisions in committing to purchasing the vehicle. All in all, I feel that this dealership has awesome customer service and I will be glad to recommend anyone who is looking for a comfortable buying experience to come here. More

My husband and I came in to test drive a used 2007 VW Jetta and check out the other used cars the dealership had. After we decided that going used was going to be a risk for us we inquired about a new car.. that he when Vu totally saved the deal. We had been to EG Toyota the previous day and had promised to go back, just as we were leaving Vu persuaded us to test drive the Altima.... that was the clincher. We fell in love with the car and with Vu's honesty. Being a huge fan of Toyota, Vu provided us with Consumer reports and facts on the car. We told him what Toyota was offering and he bet their price... Vu went out of the way to show us every car on the lot and explain the features. At no time did we feel pressured, what we wanted was to give Vu a sales he deserved very very much. The dealship was beautiful and very very clean, we had our 11 year old with us that was amused with sitting in the 380 z, drinking all the soda he wanted, going on the internet. Everyone was friendly and made our car buying experience a pleasure!!! I know Vu is a new employee and I can tell he will be an asset to the dealership. Keep up the great work Vu and hopefully when we come back in three years you can help me trade up! More
