I bought a 2014 Altima SV in November 2013. Let me share with you my awesome experience with Nissan of Elk Grove. Vu Huynh and Dannielle Fraizer provided me with exceptional customer service! They went above and beyond to not only satisfy all of my needs, but made the vehicle purchase process very convenient and smooth for me. I never felt pressured to buy a car. Dannielle and Vu were very organized. They provided me with auto quotes based on the various financing and vehicle options. They were very friendly and I appreciated the warm welcome! Honestly, the biggest turn off for me is for a dealership representative to come on strong and pressure me into making a decision that I am not comfortable with. I will attest that you will never receive that treatment at the Nissan of Elk Grove dealership. Vu Huynh made my day when he was able to find a 2014 silver Altima SV! The customer service that Vu provided did not end after I left the dealership. He remembered my top color preference and continued to search all over Northern California for it. Silver is such a high demand color and the supply is usually scarce. I couldn't believe Vu somehow found one for me! He worked his magic! I previously bought a 2012 Altima from Khanh Ho in 2012. He was my sales rep then. My parents also bought their 2003 Nissan Maxima from Khanh. It is always a pleasure to see Khanh. He takes care of me like a family member. Khanh detailed the car and helped with the vehicle prep. I really enjoy giving Khanh a "high-five" because he's a really cool guy. I always receive smiles every time I see him. I love my 2014 Altima SV so much!!! I have shared my wonderful experience with my family, friends, and co-workers. I will continue making recommendations for them to come down to Nissan of Elk Grove! We had received a price on the Pathfinder we were looking for from a car buying service.We had gone to the local Nissan dealership (we live in Stockton) but they were not one of the participating dealers. From the moment we met Vu Huynh, we felt we had met a salesperson that we would be able to work with. Vu was one of the most knowledgeable salespeople we had talked with concerning the Pathfinder. He is fun, easy to talk with and down to earth. The experience of negotiating the price was straightforward and fairly painless. The only stumbling block we had was the price they offered us for our trade-in. It wasn't terribly low - it was just lower than what we wanted for the car. We left the dealership that night to decide whether we wanted to try to sell the car on our own. The next day, when my husband contacted Vu to see if there was some way they could increase their offer, we were thrilled to find out the answer was yes. We were driving away in our beautiful new car by the end of the evening. Everyone we dealt with at Elk Grove Nissan was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership - and most importantly - Vu Huynh, to all of our friends and family. More

I visited Nissan of Elk Grove on a whim and I was really glad that I did. I have had bad experiences with overly aggressive salesmen at other dealerships in the past. The positive buying experience began as soon as I walked through the door. I was warmly greeted by a friendly receptionist who called for a salesman to assist us and offered us refreshments while we waited. The salesman that assisted me, Vu Huynh, was friendly, easy going, and patient. I asked my questions, he answered them knowledgeably, and showed me the options available based on my purchase criteria. He showed me different models and trim levels and I was able to test drive the ones I was interested in. In the end he was able to get me exactly what I wanted at the price point that I was comfortable with. Once we started the paper work, the car went in for detailing, and I began working with a finance manager Dave Hidalgo. He was very friendly and straight forward. I specifically remember him saying, "I wouldn't recommend something that I don't believe in". How can you argue with that? I don't know about you, but that aligns with my personal philosophies for sales. He explained all of the paper work thoroughly, reviewed the maintenance packages and warranties available for purchase then I signed all the paper work. I want readers to keep in mind that I had ZERO intentions of buying a car when I stepped on the lot; but after getting everything squared away, I was able to drive off the lot with a smile on my face. I still have that smile on my face. The purchase experience was THAT GOOD. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Nissan of Elk Grove. The exceptional level of customer service has made me a loyal customer. More
