That car was not on the lot and he had to work to locate it elsewhere. He was relentless. The first option was sold before he could secure it but he quickly had another option identified after further searching. And delivery was coordinated as we live in KC - meeting half way between Wichita and KC was convenient for us. The distance was never an issue and the service won out over buying local. The mugs and cookies were a nice touch that we noticed and appreciated. We feel we got a fair value for it trade and the lack of having to negotiate was a positive. Overall a very positive buying experience. More

I never had the opportunity to work with Vy, but was very happy to find that the transaction was as pleasant as the previous ones. Vy was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had about my new vehicle. He has even made follow up calls to make sure I didn't have any questions. This is a changing world, and much has changed in recent months, but I am happy to see that the level of service that I have known for years still continues at the new dealership. I love my new GS-F, but when it's time for my thirteen Lexus, I am sure it will be purchased from Lexus of Wichita and Vy Nguyen. More
