I’ve had issues with a rattle in one of my doors. After the 3rd time it finally got bad enough that they figured out where it was coming from & fixed it. So far…my Lexus is quiet again!! salesman was great and dealership was good . finance on the other hand was less so, had a wire transfer done because you don't accept cashiers checks and one from wife's credit union was returned finance on the other hand was less so, had a wire transfer done because you don't accept cashiers checks and one from wife's credit union was returned to her credit union for some reason not explained. while the one from mine using the exact info was good to go' delayed our delivery by a day to get a cash withdraw instead More

Miss the loaner car. Was told 1.5 hours, I was there for 2.5.
