Awful service department in every respective. My car was there one month. For the first few weeks they had to consult with Maserati in Italy to learn what might be wrong. They changed me over $50 My car was there one month. For the first few weeks they had to consult with Maserati in Italy to learn what might be wrong. They changed me over $5000 for a new AC compressor, but the AC did not work after paying $8300 for repairs. This is the worst of the worst in the country. I sold the car because I will never return to the place nor will I ever purchase an Italian car again. This experience makes one realize just how good German car manufacturers and service departments are. They should take some lessons from Mercedes. More

He is professional, polite, helpful, responsive, timely, calm and always has a smile on his face. He has impeccable follow up skills and I never have to chase him down for questions or updates. He makes me feel at ease when I call or visit and he always lets me know if something is covered or what to expect in costs for any work to be completed. He makes sure to come out when I am waiting for my car to let me know how things are going. He goes above and beyond for everything and it is very much appreciated. Me and my family have owned a lot of cars from different dealerships in South Florida from many different makes/models ranging from the middle to luxury and all the way to exotic cars and I have never felt more taken care of or more comfortable anywhere else like I do when I am at Alfa Romeo (West Palm Beach). This is mostly because of Claudio and his professionalism and great customer service! I find at most dealerships they promise the world before you buy a car and then after you buy a car it tends to go south quickly. That is not the case at this dealership. I look forward to continuing and working with Claudio for all our service needs at this location. Also, I don’t always get the names of the employees doing the actual service on the car but I also want to shout out and acknowledge all the employees in the back doing the work!
