I paid all amount in cash and paid all registration fees required but they are very slow. I sent many emails and called them many times but they are doing nothing. I scheduled the appointment and meet with a sales Rep name Mike (Wael Youssef) We sat down we looked up the car I was interested in buying. First thing he did was set up a test drive. Perfect! car is beautiful, but it did need to be clean * I guess everyone testing out 5 series these days. I come back to the dealership after my test drive and jumped right into the warranty which was a big factor for me. This dealer by far has the best warranty I've come across for BMW. Once I knew the warranty and had a general number of what I was paying. Wael was very sincere and genuine in this sale transaction and had everything ready for me to review. Car faxes, warranty etc. I can honestly say he is a xxxx good sales rep. He wasn't pushy or just trying to make a sale. That's what mattered the most to me! and when I was pushing for a little off, he made it happen. I'm very pleased with my purchase and effort he put into closing the deal.
