Price policy confusion Wally was so helpful in finding exactly the van we were interested in purchasing. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided friendly service Wally was so helpful in finding exactly the van we were interested in purchasing. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided friendly service. The purchasing process with regards to the final price became uncomfortable when the new car manager stepped into the deal. He was new to the dealership, didn't seem to have a working relationship with his sales staff and became rude and confrontational right on the sales floor. Overall we have been happy with the vehicle purchase. More
