Definitely Recommend KIA of Waukesha I worked with Wally Thom and he was awesome! He was the ONLY salesman that explained the features of the vehicle I was interested in. At other deale I worked with Wally Thom and he was awesome! He was the ONLY salesman that explained the features of the vehicle I was interested in. At other dealerships the salespeople were more (only) interested in my budget & what I was currently driving, etc. Some were overly aggressive and I immediately knew I didn't want to buy a car from them. Wally didn't pry or try to coax details out of me so he could use my responses in an attempt to sell me a car that would "perfectly meet all my needs" as one person put it. There's an emotional component to any 'big purchase' process and I felt completely comfortable throughout the various stages and I was there a long time, on multiple days. Before going in though, I did my research (which is key) and so I was ready to discuss some preliminary numbers. Wally was super respectful as he explained the cost breakdown and available incentives. I went in by myself and never once regreted not having backup. Greg Wargo also assisted me in getting the best deal for my specific needs & situation. I got a great deal on the car I really wanted and I didn't have to settle. The best part was that there was zero manipulation and no game playing during the price negotiation. Its worth noting that I'm a gal with a good b.s. detector. Buyer beware! Bought a 2018 300. Never thought to ask for a Carfax. Found out from another dealer that the car was in an accident. Never thought Russ Darrow is p Bought a 2018 300. Never thought to ask for a Carfax. Found out from another dealer that the car was in an accident. Never thought Russ Darrow is pushing wrecks on their lot, like an inner city fly by night car lot. Very disappointed, I screwed up. More mad at myself, but disappointed in chad, dennis and wally for not giving me a heads up. Buyer beware. Drove the car off the lot, plugged in my gps, no power in the 12 volt charge. No power to the 2 Usb chargers in the back seat. Bought the “certified” car on Friday, Monday went to Russ Darrow’s Chrysler deakership, had to make appointment for Tuesday. Now here from 7:30 to 10:00 pm so far. Went to hook up my phone to sync with car, no owners Manuel in glove box. Missing second key fob and due to accident not disclosed. Lost about 4500. Didn’t know it was in a wreck. Very bad start with Russ darrow. More
