Walter Banks at PL Ford is a gem. I had an almost new 2020 Ford Expedition Max to sell, and he made it very easy. I was arriving late on Saturday to meet with him and he offered to keep someone after ho 2020 Ford Expedition Max to sell, and he made it very easy. We agreed to a drop of date the following week and when I arrived, he had all the paperwork ready and had arranged a ride for us to the airport. Walter was friendly and professional in every way.
