This is the third Ford SUV I have purchased from Phil Long Ford. I keep going back because they are professional, friendly and efficient. I've always been very satisfied with my vehicles. My present vehicle purchased is a 2014 Escape Titanium. I'll say, this is the nicest car I've ever owned. It's downright beautiful, functional, has some great accessories that meet my needs. Walter was very helpful in listening to what I wanted. He has a easy going manner. He never pressured me into buying something I did not want. He found a car that was exactly what I wanted. I traded in my old but still very nice 2007 Escape Limited. Walter got the trade in price I asked for, he also added the rebates on totaling $1500. Because I looked at the dealership on-line, I received a $200 bonus too! The price was right! Thank you again Watler Banks and Phil Long Ford for a wonderful expeirience! Anne More

Walter Banks can be found on the used side of the dealership. He is very patient and explains things well. He is polite and accommodating. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF!!! I went thru the Cosco program and was VERY satisfied with Phil Long Ford and would avise anyone to see them about a Ford!
