Schedule an oil change on Saturday 3 hr wait time could have sent a text letting us know - got there and it took service about 20 minutes just to acknowledge us . Then said I didn’t have 5 free oil changes and tire rotation which was told to myself and my husband by the finance guy when we purchased the vehicle. All around the service was poor and really need to work on Customer Service - first time buying a car from this dealer and probably would not purchase another since your service sucks . I have a Nissan and their service is a million times better than this department . Very upset overall . Would rate a Zero if I could . Thank you More
