We came into Nimnicht on December 23rd after having a ton of issues with our existing vehicle. Walt was extremely personable, first listening to what we were looking for and then guiding us towards the perfe of issues with our existing vehicle. What I appreciated the most about Walt was that he was a no-pressure salesman. He steered us away from some of the more expensive options to the one that was best for us. He was exceptionally gracious and accommodating, apologizing if things in the office were delayed. He took me on a tour of their C8 inventory as we waited for our Tahoe to be ready and we struck a great conversation on mid-engine sports cars. Everyone from sales to finance was extremely accommodating. Nimnicht in general is extremely easy to work with. Usually when you are in the finance office you'll get pressured into buying every extended warranty under the sun. Nimnicht is different; the entire process from beginning to end is no pressure. I never felt like I was at the mercy of a pushy salesman or finance person trying to make commission. I would whole-heartedly recommend Nimnicht, and Walt specifically for your next vehicle purchase. When I advised about the type of vehicle I was looking for and my purpose of use, instead of assuming, he asked me which vehicles I had an eye for. We went over the interior features and make up of the engine specifications. I was able to test drive the vehicle to see if I liked the performance of the Chevy Blazer 3LT. I was in luck that Nimnicht was having a rebate/sale on Chevy Blazers. As a Toyota guy, the key to this sell of me even considering, yet even buying a Chevy was the 360 degrees knowledge and insight of Mr. Walter McCloud. To this day, he reiterated if I have any concerns or questions, I can reach out to him. I find that profound as in the past you have some salesmen that disappear in a puff of smoke as soon as the sale has been made.
