Extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. We purchased a brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Colorado with only 2 miles on it, and it now has approximately 4,000 miles. The truck has been in dealership. We purchased a brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Colorado with only 2 miles on it, and it now has approximately 4,000 miles. The truck has been in the service department three times for the same steering issue, including 17 days during this most recent visit. The steering catches while turning and will not smoothly complete the turn. At times, it feels like it stops or locks, which is a serious safety concern. After three service visits, we still did not have a resolution. We asked to speak with the General Manager multiple times, but he never came out to speak with us. Instead, the Sales Manager tried to put us into another vehicle but would not honor what we had already paid for the Colorado, stating that the truck had lost value while sitting in their service department. After all of this, my husband told them we would be filing Lemon Law paperwork. Suddenly, a possible fix became available that same day. We were then told the truck was fixed and that we would be the testers to see if it works . What about our safety. After three service visits and 17 days in the shop, we should not have to be the test drivers for a new repair on a steering issue. We bought a new vehicle expecting it to be safe and reliable, and we expected the dealership to stand behind what they sold us. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. More
