The first dealer I talked to misled me and it turned out the car was in Ohio and they wanted me to pay to ship it to Florida. I then found a better deal with Duval Ford but due to some things in my credit history that I was not aware of (ex-spouse never took my name off her financed car) I was not sure if I really wanted to jump through all the hoops and red tape and was ready to walk away. But the whole team worked it out and I drove away that same day with one of the best cars I have ever had. I had an issue that turned out to be minor and even after the sale my salesman Warren Hart was quick to respond and offer his personal advice. They even took turns playing with my kid so I could concentrate on the conversations/paperwork. Would definitely recommend. More

When we arrived at the dealership we were met at the Front Door by Warren and his Manager Mike Murdock. They proceeded to explain the two vehicles we had picked out on line, I mean they spent 30 minutes explaining every detail. They put a tag on the first and gave us the keys and we test drove the first truck. Warren did not ride along which gave my Wife and I to talk about the truck on the test drive. Two more test drives later, we purchased on 2015 King Ranch. What a truck, I have been a Chevy man all my life until now. Not only did they work hard to present the product , they spent 1 hour figuring how to meet our budget demands. THANKS WARREN AND MIKE!!!!!!!!! More

Best Car Buying Experience I needed/wanted to trade my 2013 Hyundai for a Ford. Problem was I bought the Hyundai after having a horrendous experience with another Ford dealershi I needed/wanted to trade my 2013 Hyundai for a Ford. Problem was I bought the Hyundai after having a horrendous experience with another Ford dealership on a lease and I was upside down in equity. I have been trying to trade the vehicle for almost 3 years with no luck. Fortunately, my husband was able to get a really good offer from a friend on purchasing a new Ford and we had to try to go for it this time around even though I was pretty hesitant due to past experiences. I went online to Duval Ford after hearing a radio commercial and knowing my dad purchased a vehicle there in the past. I received a call from the Internet Sales Manager Warren. When I called back he asked what features I was looking for, not what model or package, but the features. He explained he would find the features I wanted in my vehicle and then show me my options. He was AMAZING! Warren helped me find a car, my heart was set on an Explorer but it was just not in my family's budget. He suggested another vehicle for me to just look at and let him know what I thought. I looked online and found a new Taurus that I thought I might like. I LOVE IT! Warren took care of everything for me, he really had my best interest in mind. He never pushed me into anything I didn't want, and made a point to let me know that I needed to find the right car for me and for my family and he would do whatever he could to help me. He made the entire process so easy, I was never anxious or worried or stressed. He made it convenient for me too knowing I have two small kids and live on the other side of town. In less than a week he helped me find the right car, helped me get it at the best possible price and had my husband and I in and out of the dealership in less than hour with my trade completed and my new Ford keys in hand at a great price that works for us!
