My Lexus Luis, M’y sales associate was a nice person . I did call him few days later for some stuff my car need . However I will really appreciate if he called me just one time asking me how is the vehicle I have purchased.or he can call asking me if there anything he can do to help . A client is looking for a service !!! And experience. luis need to follow up with his client by thanking them few days later with their purchase .and keep in touch in case the same client need to upgrade his car a year later. Again Lexus need a repeat client and that is what every business is looking for . The finance person Warren was more than professional . He did treat us like a family Member !!! More
