Recently purchased a Mazda-CX30 at Irwin from salesman Wayne Calabretta. From walking through the door to the final transaction it was smooth sailing! I recently bought a used Honda Accord EXL which I had been looking for some time. I extremely appreciated the no hassle price and no unexpected add ons! No stress! The price of the doc fees where much lo been looking for some time. I extremely appreciated the no hassle price and no unexpected add ons! No stress! I bought a used 2017 Mazda6 in September. Originally I was told it had a clean car fax, but as I'm signing the papers, I was told it was in a "little fender bender" that didn't effect the ca Originally I was told it had a clean car fax, but as I'm signing the papers, I was told it was in a "little fender bender" that didn't effect the cars performance at all. Though it was certified, I added the Gold maintenance for more protection. When I needed an oil change, I called Irwin and was told it wasn't included. Now my brakes are acting up, and again, that's not included. I asked exactly what is included for the extra $1100 I paid, and they couldn't tell me. I would suggest that if you do buy from Irwin, do not get any extra maintenance packages, as they seem to be a waste of money. More

Wayne was great, Frank not so much. Nice guy at first but would not even negotiate off of MSRP. Tried playing games, showing me KBB numbers with features not included on the car I was looking to purchase. Fe would not even negotiate off of MSRP. Tried playing games, showing me KBB numbers with features not included on the car I was looking to purchase. Few days later I went to another dealer to find the same car at a great deal. Just proves how you should always cross-shop. More

Would recommend Irwin to anyone Wayne, Carlos and Mike Minneci were very helpful. All of them worked well as a team to help us select the right vehicle. Totally Painless Process I have bought new cars in the past, and one reason I keep them so long (I traded in a 19 year old Honda Civic and a 17 year Mazda Miata) is that the p I have bought new cars in the past, and one reason I keep them so long (I traded in a 19 year old Honda Civic and a 17 year Mazda Miata) is that the process of buying a new car has been so unpleasant in the past. Everyone at Irwin Mazda was very friendly and welcoming, and dealing with Wayne was a pleasure. He actually made the process fun! I will definitely recommend him and Irwin Mazda, and I will not hesitate to go back there when I decide to buy my next car. More
