From the inital phone call to inquire about the R-Class, Wayne was a pleasure! I have had over 10 car buying experiences and this one was by far the best! Wayne was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and Wayne was a pleasure! I have had over 10 car buying experiences and this one was by far the best! Wayne was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions with ease! The process was fast and there was no pressure at all. I felt very comfortable talking with staff and the entire department was friendly. It felt good to have the general manager to come out thank me for my purchase and make sure everything was great! My wife ( Kathy ) and my grandson ( Dillon ) and I went to their website and seen a used car we liked, when we arrived at the dealership, we were gretted by a very nice receptionist. From the moment I first made contact with this dealership the people were so nice and helpful. I called inquirying about a certified pre-owned vehicle that I saw on their website. I was immediately transfere the people were so nice and helpful. I called inquirying about a certified pre-owned vehicle that I saw on their website. I was immediately transfered over to sales and spoke to Wayne Discus. Wayne was an awesome sales representiative. He was so nice and he wasn't pushy at all! I told him which car I was interested in and that all I wanted was to just see the numbers and do some research on my own regarding the best financing options. He said okay and less than 30 minutes later I recieved a phone call back from him informing me of my APR rate and the bottom line. I did some research and a few days later I called him back. This dealership not only had te best price for the car but they also had the best financing option. Their prices could not be beat and I called around to other MD dealerships, VA dealerships, and even New Jersey dealerships. Wayne asked me if I wanted to come in for a test drive and I informed him that I wasn't ready to buy however I'll come in just to see the car. When I first pulled up to the dealership everyone was so nice and greeted me. I am in my mid 20's however I look even younger and I have been to a few dealerships before, and because I look so young they didn't take me seriously. Wayne was so nice and patient with me even thoough I had a lot of questions. He also was very professional and made me feel like I was a valued customer. After the test drive I went to Wayne's office and he called in Michele Mitchell, the finance manager. She was very nice as well. They offered me an even lower APR rate than what was originally qouted to me. They told me my APR would be 1.74% . The deal they gave me just seemed to get better. Even though I didn't plan on walking away that day with my dream car I ended up driving my car right off the lot. I purchased a 2011 C-300 with only 9,000 miles on it, and the price and APR rate were the cherry on top. I was sold and could not refuse their offer. I would definitely come back to this dealership and I recommend anyone to go here because they are so nice and friendly and they made my experience so wonderful. I have even told several of my friends and family. If you come here I would recommend you request Wayne as your sale rep because he is very nice and professional. He is not pushy at all and he gets all the information you need very quickly and there is no surprises when you come in the dealership. The prices and information he tells you is the same when you step foot into the dealership. I walked away happy and statisfied with my purchase. Im still smiling about it! More

I bought a used Toyota from this dealer, and greatly enjoyed the experience. At my initial test drive I was just looking for cars that I thought my husband would like. There was no pressure from Wayne enjoyed the experience. At my initial test drive I was just looking for cars that I thought my husband would like. There was no pressure from Wayne to make an immediate decision - he just answered all my questions professionally and was willing to let me leave with the vague promise to come back later for another look. When I came back later with my husband, Wayne was still remarkably low-pressure. Having bought a few used cars before, I am used to feeling pressured into making a decision right away, but Wayne was courteous and gave us space. He also pointed out flaws in the vehicle that the dealership would fix for me at no cost. Throughout the whole process they treated me as they would have one of their customers buying a Mercedes, even though I was buying the second most inexpensive car on the lot. In the end, we bought the car fairly quickly and there was still a cosmetic repair they wanted to make to to car. So they made an appointment to come down to my workplace in Annapolis and make the repair in my parking lot so that I would not be inconvenienced while they fixed it. I know I paid a couple hundred more for the vehicle than I could have elsewhere - but someone who is more comfortable negotiating could have done the same at this place. I'm just no good at negotiating, so that's nothing against the dealership. All in all, I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience, and I'm hoping the next time I am looking for a used car that this dealership happens to have gotten one on trade-in that will work for me! More
