A sale of the car is supposed to be a smooth and honest experience without a customer being on guard. The dealership didn’t tell me about $750 Kia rebate if you finance through Kia. I wasn’t told about it experience without a customer being on guard. The dealership didn’t tell me about $750 Kia rebate if you finance through Kia. I wasn’t told about it before final negotiated price. So they were supposed to adjust final purchase price accordingly. Instead , they edited numbers to keep the same purchase price thus stealing rebate from me. I came with my own financing institution that was offering 50% less the interest rate. However , they said I would lose 750 rebate. So , at the end I financed with higher interest rate and never got the rebate. I guess they are dishonest and such practice ruins their reputation. Sales manages is well aware of this going on . You stole 750 from me. More
