He even took the initiative of setting the Apple Play system with my wife's phone. He was a pleasure to deal with and did not pressure is into making a purchase, which is a rather refreshing difference compared to other salesmen and dealerships. More

Was tricked into paying $3k more than agreed to I left this dealership feeling great. Dino and Wayne I thought were helping me and getting me the best deal. We agreed to $21950 for a Kia Niro lx whi I left this dealership feeling great. Dino and Wayne I thought were helping me and getting me the best deal. We agreed to $21950 for a Kia Niro lx which was a good deal. I by mistake was more concerned with my payment amount than the sale price. Plus. They both had me comfortable and trusting them. My mistake. I am a single mom and they knew that. Now my loan is for $30009. I ended up paying $25445 plus a mystery charge of $399 for accessories. I was misled and tricked into paying much more than agreed to. This was my first car purchase. I have learned a hard lesson to always check everything. More

Wish they were closer so it would be more practical to have them service my car but 135 miles is a bit much for that. I hope the closest authorized service facility is accommodating. More

Above and beyond!! I traded in my Kia Soul for a Kia Sportage. From my first meeting all the way to the final sale, Brian was very informative, knowledgeable and always I traded in my Kia Soul for a Kia Sportage. From my first meeting all the way to the final sale, Brian was very informative, knowledgeable and always courteous. He took the time to show me and then my husband, at a later date, all the features of our new car. When we were ready to purchase the vehicle, all that were involved were very pleasant and professional. Wayne, the manager was very helpful and Dan, in finance made the transaction go quickly and painless. All while answering any questions or concerns. I actually felt very pleased when the deal was done and if I ever need to purchase another vehicle, I will head right back to Daytona Kia! More
