Wayne knew how to make a customer satisfied I'd been a long time Honda owner and never had I purchased new. It turned out that the deal made would not have been possible so I was crushed, but Wayne didn't tell me what he couldn't do, but what he was willing to work with me to provide options for. He helped explain the process, review the car thoroughly and spent a lot of time ensuring I was not just driving off new, but I was driving off with a good experience I'd talk about to many who saw my new wheels.
