Even when the hubcap fell off of my brand new car on my way home and I angrily called John to complain/vent frustration, they were kind and understanding (and got me a new hubcap right away!). I brought my car in for its first servicing (oil change) and the service department was just as nice and accommodating as the sales team. I even got a free lunch while I waited for the car. I would recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More

I have been servicing my Classic Prius here recently and looking at new the new Prius for several months. I have visited this dealership a number of times during the last few years while car shopping; each time the staff has been friendly, informative and low-key. The service is fantastic and you are treated exceptionally well. Every aspect of the buying process was great. Wellington is a superb customer advocate; going above and beyond for the customer. I enthusiastically recommend him and Acton Toyota as the place to purchase a new Toyota. The impeccable service, treatment and focus on taking care of the customer is what other Toyota dealerships should strive for. Went above and beyone the call of duty in every aspect. They gave my wife and I a loaner car when we brought our trade in for review as they said that our trade was unsafe to drive.
