I felt like I was among friends, not animals preying on me... which has almost always been my experience at a dealership. I didn't spend anytime waiting around, but they made me feel like I wanted too, it's so clean, awesome coffee (and I'm from the West Coast, a coffee snob) Wifi room, kids room etc. I was so amazed!!! Wellington Pereira was very professional and gave my wife and myself space to really thoroughly checkout the 2010 Toyota Venza. He showed alot of patience as we test drove the car 3 times and evaluate the car for hours at a time. He was always upfront and transparent throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the car's features. He also did a great job listening to our requirements and got us exactly what we asked for instead of trying to push an available product on their lot. The finance department was also good at beating my bank loan rate. What more could you want? Price was good, rate was excellent, car requirements was met/exceeded, and free snacks and coffee/juice while you wait. Acton Toyota and Wellington does not play the usual dealer-games (high pressure sales tactics, bait-switch, not letting you leave, etc.). My parents came along to help me with the process of buying a new car, however, Wellington made sure I was the customer that was happy with the decision since in the end it was my car. He listened to my ideas and helped me to try to make the best decision for me. He did not push me in any direction and made sure that I knew all about all my options. He always seemed excited to work with me and even when he was busy, he would let me know he would be with me as soon as he could. He was so polite and excited that I was buying a new car that it made me more excited. I was referred to Acton Toyota and to Wellington P., salesman, by a satisfied customer. I spoke with Wellington two months prior to visiting the dealership. Wellington was patient and answerered all of my questions in a very direct and honest manner. At my unannounced visit to the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised that I was not swarmed by salesmen. I asked for and promptly met with Wellington. Wellington's approach was more as educator than salesman. He did not push me in any particular direction, but instead made suggestions based on my criteria/needs. Wellington didn't only hear what I said, but actually listened! A rear quality indeed! I recommend this dealership, and Wellington inparticular. You will not be sorry! My only suggestion is to be patient with the financing process. Though I was approved instantaneously, the process of signing papers and being offered this warranty or that product was exhausting. The finance manager was a peach and this is not a slam to him just the process itself was too draining in my opinion. More

At the hesitation of my wife, she was run down, I asked we stop in to Acton Toyota on our way home. We met the sales rep Wellington and asked about three different cars and requested a test drive of each. He was polite, courteous and professional answered all of our questions gave us some material to look over and we left without the mgr being brought in for some last ditch attempt to "close" us that day. We left that afternoon and did some thinking and resturned to purchase a car. the next week. One thing that will always leave an impression on me is the honesty of Wellington. We were trading in a leased vehicle and I thougt I had a buyout figure from the manufacturer. It turned out that the figure was lower and Wellington made us aware of this on his own. I have recomended many of my friends to seek him out and look forward to purchasing our next car from him. DR More

Even when the hubcap fell off of my brand new car on my way home and I angrily called John to complain/vent frustration, they were kind and understanding (and got me a new hubcap right away!). I brought my car in for its first servicing (oil change) and the service department was just as nice and accommodating as the sales team. I even got a free lunch while I waited for the car. I would recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More
