Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I grew up in Miami, FL. Today my wonderful wife and I reside in Lunenburg, MA where we raise five beautiful kids. I began my automotive career cleaning cars as part of Acton Toyota's detail shop in 2004. After a year of reliable service and hard work, I was promoted to a lot attendant position. From there, I continued to receive promotions including Internet Sales Consultant and Scion Sales Manager. Presently, I manage Acton Toyota's highly successful Sales department. As a Toyota Master Certified level product knowledge Sales Manager, I am capable and happy to help all residents considering a car, truck, or SUV whether they are part of the Boston metro-west area or elsewhere within Massachusetts and New England. I had never bought from a dealer before, always private parties, although I had talked to a number of them over the years and in the days prior to going into Acton Toyota. I walked in, not realizing that the “desk” at the door was a receptionist and said to two fellows standing behind it, “Is anybody selling cars today?” One of the gentlemen stepped forward and introduced himself as Wellington. I asked him to tell me why I should not buy a ___. And he said that he could not comment on that brand but could tell me about Toyotas. That was a reasonable answer. After a glance at the 2012 Corolla, I asked about leased or rented cars with low miles. He said let me check and returned in a minute with five pages of possibilities. We looked only at Corollas. There was a 2011 with approx. 6K miles. He checked and it was gone. The next lowest was a 2010 with approx 8K. We looked at the Carfax on his computer. I asked to see and drive it. While on the test drive, by myself, I was decided to buy it—but wanted an overnight to sleep on it. Not a problem, he said. He put a hold on it. We agreed on a price. He sent out an appraiser to assess the value of my car and then made a reasonable offer. We noticed scratches on the “new” car’s bumper. I decided to forego getting that repainted. And I said I would contact him the next day to let him know if I would proceed. I did, the car was delivered to New Hampshire, and the bumper was repainted! This was an extremely satisfying experience. Wellington is exceptional: informed, forthcoming, helpful. More

Given the demand for the the Prius, you have to pay sticker price - this is why my review of "Price" was only "OK". Otherwise, this was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Wellington is knowledgeable, polite, friendly and, most importantly, not aggressive or pushy. He worked with me to get a car as fast as he could and was very detail oriented when it came to execution. We are very loyal to Acton Toyota having bought three cars there and having serviced four. This experience only bolstered my impression of this first rate, quality and service oriented organization. More

My experience with Acton Toyota of Littleton was above and beyond the best and easiest experience I have ever had with a dealership. He listened very well, knew exactly what he was talking about, and walked me through the decision making process with ease. He gives car salesmen a better reputation. The whole process was very easy, and all the hard work and running around was taken care of for me, and I got the car I wanted. I left extremely happy and I will never buy a car anywhere else.
