Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I grew up in Miami, FL. Today my wonderful wife and I reside in Lunenburg, MA where we raise five beautiful kids. I began my automotive career cleaning cars as part of Acton Toyota's detail shop in 2004. After a year of reliable service and hard work, I was promoted to a lot attendant position. From there, I continued to receive promotions including Internet Sales Consultant and Scion Sales Manager. Presently, I manage Acton Toyota's highly successful Sales department. As a Toyota Master Certified level product knowledge Sales Manager, I am capable and happy to help all residents considering a car, truck, or SUV whether they are part of the Boston metro-west area or elsewhere within Massachusetts and New England. our experience with ActonToyota is far beyond exceptional. I want to begin by Thanking Mike Hill for a hassle free online negotiation! before contacting ActonToyota, we had already researched on the car, the brand, the options that we wanted, and the price. we sent in the offer to area dealerships (6 of them). and Mike Hill (General Manager) from ActonToyota was the first to respond within a reasonable time frame. 2 dealerships responded 2 days later. 3 dealership responded 1 week too late! (they should rehire new internet sales people. :)! the negotiation experience was very stress free. Mike treated us with utmost courtesy & respect, and ultimately winning our business. Mike was able to secured our car, and had it at the dealership in a few days. Mike then asked Wellington Pereira to arrange for us to test drive and pick up the car. Wellington is another awesome staff of Mike's! we are polite people, and expect to be treated the same way. when we went to test drive the Venza, Wellington had the car washed and cleaned and waiting. he politely and patiently explained the various options and features of the car. everything went well for the test drive. Wellington then clearly explained all the paperwork, and outlining everything for us, a great closing experience! after owning the car, he also sent us a few emails to follow up on how we liked it and offer help if we ever needed! we were very impressed by this experience compared to previous car buying experience at other dealerships. we ave been telling all our friends and family about ActonToyota! We went miles out of our way to do business with Acton Toyota, from whom we have purchased most of our vehicles. Initially interested in a used Scion, Wellington's help in letting us drive a new one for Toyota, from whom we have purchased most of our vehicles. I went to Acton Toyota basically to rule it out before I began the long arduous search for a new car. I had been there several years before and although the customer service was good they could not offer t began the long arduous search for a new car. I had been there several years before and although the customer service was good they could not offer the lower prices of larger dealers. What a surprise this visit was to their new showroom. I had spent the previous weekend at a dealer in Framingham who basically wanted nothing to do with me until I was ready to work with only them. I feared that auto dealers had regressed to the high pressure tactics in this economy. I went to Acton Toyota on a Thursday evening one hour before closing, Wellington was patient, showed me all the different options - newer used cars, new cars, etc. By the time I left that evening I had a more than fair quote for my trade in, and a written estimate for a new Camry. I don't think I even shared whether I was interested in a purchasing a car today, next week or next month. The customer service Wellington provided was not focused on the "when" I was buying, but on making me comfortable to return to this dealership at any point. I went home that evening, did a bit of research on the computer, by the time I logged on to my computer the next morning Wellington had already emailed a thank you for visiting note, I shared my research numbers from on-line, Wellington accepted my offer, and that very evening I drove off in my new Camry! What a refreshing experience. Acton Toyota took the pain out of the car buying experience and actually made it enjoyable. More

After spending a lot of time searching websites, I entered my name on the Acton Toyota of Littleton site. Within a very short time I received a call from Wellington. I told him I was looking for a late model, certified used Corolla and how much I could afford to spend. He was very patient with me as we emailed back and forth for a few days. Then to my surprise he suggested a brand new Corolla, in the color I wanted, for only a little more than I'd stipulated. When I met Wellington and looked at the car, I was so impressed. Wellington was extraordinarily helpful throughout the entire process. While I took the car for a test drive, he assessed the value of my trade-in, managing to offer me enough for it so that my total cost was within my budget. He took lots of time explaining all the new features and how everything works. At no time did I feel pressured by this personable young man. Instead I felt he went the extra mile to find the perfect car for me at a price I could afford. More

I just bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla, and am very pleased with how smoothly the whole process went. Wellington was wonderful to work with. He went over all the numbers with me, and it checked out with the research I had done online, so I was comfortable reaching an agreement that day. When I picked up the car, Wellington spent more time going over the features of the car, to make sure we hadn't missed anything during the test drive. He really did everything he could to make sure I was happy. Joe Tosi was very nice, but gave the usual hard sell pitch for the extended warranty. I'm still not convinced that extended warranties are worth the money, but he was willing to cut the price of the warranty in half, so I agreed. I bought a Corolla because of it's reliability ratings, and because my 1994 Geo Prizm (same as the Corolla) lasted 15 years with only two repairs that weren't regular maintenance. Time will tell if the warranty was worth the money this time. I know that most other Toyota dealers in Mass. offer a prepaid maintenance plan, which sounds a lot more useful than an extended warranty. Why doesn't Acton Toyota participate in that plan? Despite the haggling over the warranty, this was the easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. Thanks again! More

First, I found your dealership online using the Kelly blue book "click through". It was very easy to see cars that were available including pictures which helped me an my wife make up our mind quickly wh blue book "click through". I brought the family to you littleton dealership and the free cocoa and playroom helped keep my my 5 year old entertained and allowed my wife and I to work with Wellington Pereira our sale rep to make the next decision, New vs. USED. Wellington was never "pushy" one way or another. He listened well and offered up the info. we needed to make our decsion. After looking at the 2009 Matrix we also asked to look at a 2007 used and a 2005 as well. Wellington was very attentive and quickly made available the 2007 for a test drive. The 2005 was not on the lot yet so Wellington agreed to call when it arrived. He called the next day and set up the meeting at your car annex. We decided we liked the 2005 and set about establishing the purchase price. Though our prices were "way off" at the beginning Wellington never lost his patience during the negoiations. Wellington made every effort to balance the dealerships price requirement with ours ultimately leading to us agreeing on a purchase price. We finalized the deal the next day and the papter work process went smoothly. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchasing experience and would purchase a car or recommend your dealership to our family/friends in the future.
