Even when the hubcap fell off of my brand new car on my way home and I angrily called John to complain/vent frustration, they were kind and understanding (and got me a new hubcap right away!). I brought my car in for its first servicing (oil change) and the service department was just as nice and accommodating as the sales team. I even got a free lunch while I waited for the car. I would recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More

I have visited this dealership a number of times during the last few years while car shopping; each time the staff has been friendly, informative and low-key. The service is fantastic and you are treated exceptionally well. Every aspect of the buying process was great. Wellington is a superb customer advocate; going above and beyond for the customer. I enthusiastically recommend him and Acton Toyota as the place to purchase a new Toyota. The impeccable service, treatment and focus on taking care of the customer is what other Toyota dealerships should strive for.
