Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I grew up in Miami, FL. Today my wonderful wife and I reside in Lunenburg, MA where we raise five beautiful kids. I began my automotive career cleaning cars as part of Acton Toyota's detail shop in 2004. After a year of reliable service and hard work, I was promoted to a lot attendant position. From there, I continued to receive promotions including Internet Sales Consultant and Scion Sales Manager. Presently, I manage Acton Toyota's highly successful Sales department. As a Toyota Master Certified level product knowledge Sales Manager, I am capable and happy to help all residents considering a car, truck, or SUV whether they are part of the Boston metro-west area or elsewhere within Massachusetts and New England. I am very well suited to answer any questions you have regarding new or certified used Toyota.

When you visit Acton Toyota the moment you walk through the door you immediately feel like family. You are greeted immediately by a super friendly receptionist who then gets you off to a sales person that the door you immediately feel like family. The sales person knows the product inside out, easily answers any questions you have, and does not put an ounce of pressure on you to purchase the car. The prices are very fair and competitive and the service you get after the sale can't be beat. How many dealerships do you know that give you a FREE breakfast or lunch with each and every service, even if it is only an oil change. Here is a great example why I think they are the best, I brought my car in to get an estimate on trade in value, and before I left they offered me a free loaner car while I was waiting for my new car to come into the dealership. Acton Toyota did not feel my car was safe to drive so they offered my substitute transportation without being asked. They were truly looking out for my well being and concerned about my safety. I had already purchased the car so they did NOT have to take that extra step. This little example clearly shows why they are a step above all other dealerships and have the best customer service on the planet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, friends, or family. You will not be disappointed with your experience. More

This is the 4th Toyota (5th if you count Scion) that I have owned. I was in for some routine service on my Scion that I had purchased at Acton Toyota 2 years ago as my commuter car. We also own a 2010 Pri have owned. I was in for some routine service on my Scion that I had purchased at Acton Toyota 2 years ago as my commuter car. We also own a 2010 Prius, purchased at Acton Toyota, which my wife drives. I saw a fantastic deal on a Prius PHV, reviewed the specs and cost and decided to upgrade my ride. Alex Wheaton was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating; he made the whole purchase process easy. I would absolutely recommend him. I also worked with Wellington Pereira, for the 3rd time. I find it difficult to say enough about Wellington without sounding like a bogus review. Wellington is Professional, available, and by far one of the prime reasons I keep coming back to Acton Toyota. I have recommended him numerous time to friends, relatives and co-workers. Punching the numbers for this deal was Keith Mobley in Financial Services. Keith was through, detailed and explained with patience any questions I had. Keith knows his numbers and papers and made the $$$ part easy. Acton Toyota is a Great Dealership. It is obvious from the people they hire (and keep far longer than other dealerships); the quality of what they deliver, and the way in which they treat and connect with customers. More

The whole experience with Acton Toyota was great. I was treated with respect by everyone. I had done a lot of research and new the price I was willing to pay, and the negotiations were quick. That alone wo treated with respect by everyone. I had done a lot of research and new the price I was willing to pay, and the negotiations were quick. That alone would have made it a positive experience, but what took place after the delivery is where Acton Toyota truly stood out and made my family a customer for life. It was a cold day and my wife and I had our newborn with us to pick up the car (she was going to drive the new prius home as I had to take our old car and make another appointment shortly afterwards). I did a walk around of the car and we found a little chip. (and Ken quickly offered up a vial of touch up paint, which I was great). When I got home after the appointment, I walked by our new car and saw a crack in the front bumper. I missed it in the walk around since it was hard to see from most angles (and I was trying to be quick to get the family back home). I called Ken and he had me bring the car back as soon as I could. I brought it in that day, and he and the sales manager Scott greeted me and had a look. They concluded that it must have happened while someone was moving the car or during a previous test drive. They took ownership of the issue and had it quickly resolved. They could have said it wasn't their problem since we had taken the car off the lot. We have our car back and like the work that was done. Couldn't have been happier with every stage of the process. More

We had been researching the option of leasing a car for quite a while. I requested information on line from Toyota of Littleton. He was pleasant, without being pushy, friendly, informative, responsive and professional.
