Superb vehicle choices and staff assistance. No pressure. I love this dealership. I looked, left and shopped around. Came back and bought the first car I drove, got assistance from 3 people to seal the deal, I love this dealership. I looked, left and shopped around. There is no hustle here, only quality care. Wish I could have bought an Infiniti, but, they did not make me feel less for choosing the used Nissan. Love this place. Awesome I was on the internet back in December of 2017 and saw a car I was interested in on Infinitiroswell of Atlanta, GA internet site, I left my contact i I was on the internet back in December of 2017 and saw a car I was interested in on Infinitiroswell of Atlanta, GA internet site, I left my contact information and Mr. Dominic Labarrie respond back to me by email and phone. And I must say it wasn't one of those pushy sale people that's trying to get a sale, he was very professional, he listen to my questions about the vehicle and was able to answer those questions. We sat up a date and time for me to come in and test drive the vehicle. The day of test driving I went in and met with Mr. Wendell Collins , he took me out so I would drive the vehicle. We got back to the dealership and I purchased the vehicle. Once again another professional sales person. After talking, come to find out Mr. Collins and I grew up in the same city in Chattanooga,Tn. After all the paperwork was finished I had to leave the vehicle because I drove down to Rosewell, GA. A few days later I rolled the bus back to Atlanta and Mr. Collins pick me up from the bus station. We got back to the dealership , I got my vehicle and I was on my way back home. Entire Team Deducated to Customer Satisfaction I came in with a vision of how my car buying experience would be. I thought I knew what I wanted and it turns out my sales associate Wendell know bet I came in with a vision of how my car buying experience would be. I thought I knew what I wanted and it turns out my sales associate Wendell know better than I did. Wendell, the service manager and dare I even say the finance department made this a great experience and I am happy to say I walked away a new Infiniti owner! The team really went above and beyond to help me with getting out of a Mini that I was very upside down in as well as obtaining me a phenomenal interest rate. I would have preferred to spend less time at the dealership working through financing, but car buying is never a quick process, so I can’t really let that effect my review too much. Leaving with an interest rate that was well beyond what I hoped for helped make up for that. I am happy to be a part of the Infiniti family and recommend Roswell Infiniti to anyone considering their first or 10th Infiniti. More
