Called dealership to make appointment for a common problem with the starter ground connection terminal and to have basic service as well as tire rotation conducted on my 2023 longhorn limited. My phon problem with the starter ground connection terminal and to have basic service as well as tire rotation conducted on my 2023 longhorn limited. My phone call was answered by an AI assistant, which was annoying as xxxx. I asked AI to be transferred to a human. I made an appointment, and I showed up early. Wgen I pulked into the service lane, I waited 20 minutes for someone to approach me! Once they did, I thoroughly explained my issues and what I needed. I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours and that they would send me a text telling me when it was ready and any other things they found that would be suggested fixes. I dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. At 6:30 p.m. I had not heard from them, so I called for an update! After being put on hold for 20 minutes, I was told that they forwarded my info to the service manager for priority and that they would call me back ASAP with an update. Now it it 8:00 p.m. and the service department is closed and I have no answers or vehicle! I am a disabled veteran and have no means of transportation. I am more than xxxxxx off at this dealership at this point. Zero communication, and they have left me stranded and in harms way with no transportation. I will never do business with them again and I will certainly share my experience with my fellow veterans at the VA and in the community! More

Wendy is very professional and tries very hard to make sure that I was satisfied. However, the technician was unable to resolve the issue. I am waiting for another part to come in so that the technician c sure that I was satisfied. However, the technician was unable to resolve the issue. The dealership was very clean and the curb appeal was superb, I didn't like the fact that the warranty work that was performed still cost me money although it was covered by my insurance plan the technic superb, I didn't like the fact that the warranty work that was performed still cost me money although it was covered by my insurance plan the technician broke my hood and we had to pay for the new part. I was not completely satisfied with that but what can I do it was needed, but wasn't happy with that part. More

Everyone at the dealership is always very friendly. The property is well kept. Wendy my service advisor is very helpful. However the issue of the GPS not working in my 2025 Jeep Wrangler has not been resolved. The tech ordered a new radio. Which I later found out was just a refurbished radio. I also discovered that the refurbished radio was not refurbished. It was simply transferred out of another vehicle because it still had the previous owner’s information in it. After installing it, the problem remains. At this time they ordered another GPS antenna, hoping that will resolve the problem. More
