No communication whatsoever, basically I was the one that needed to call the dealership to request updates, I had to get in contact with the warranty company to find out what was happening thinking that they needed to call the dealership to request updates, I had to get in contact with the warranty company to find out what was happening thinking that they were no approving the claims, what I found out was that they were trying to reach out the advisor but were unable to reach her out. While I understand that I'm not the only customer the fact is that communication is the key when dealing with customers. More

Disfunctional Poor communication internally have to come back for original reason. They didn't have the warranty part in stock so why did they tell me to bring it in. I am having a serious service issue with Cape coral jeep - they have had my vehicle for 5 days & i have called every day to find out what is going on & have left numerous messages and nobody cares to call m - they have had my vehicle for 5 days & i have called every day to find out what is going on & have left numerous messages and nobody cares to call me back and inform me what is going on. It is my only vehicle & I need it back. Please let customers know what is going on! VERY POOR SERVICE!
