I grew-up loving soccer and played every weekend. I was able to have one of my dreams come true and visit Madrid Spain and attend one of the biggest soccer matches playout. Traveling has become one of my hobbies and I really enjoy small camping trips as well.

I was very disappointed with my first attempt to repair my 2024 Highlander that I had just purchased used from Longo in June. My car died at a red light and was completely dead and unable to used my hazard my 2024 Highlander that I had just purchased used from Longo in June. My car died at a red light and was completely dead and unable to used my hazard lights which was very scary. I. had it towed to Longo on 11/14/25 and they kept it overnight. They told me they found nothing wrong, really? I asked if they had done a diagnostic test and they said yes and found nothing wrong. The tow truck driver told the guy that checked me in that the battery cable was loose and to look at it. Whether they did or not, I don’t know. Frustrated, I picked up my car and went home. I started taking pictures of the dash messages that came up. My car was intermittently not starting just going to the market and getting gas. Not ready to drive was coming up. Finally, a message came up, “Voltage abnormality, steering power low, Visit your dealer” I took my car in the next day, Saturday, Dec. 13th. Wendy Nava checked me in and wrote down all the issues I was having and showed her the pics of my dash readouts. FINALLY, someone listened! My battery cable was bad, along with the terminal itself. These parts were out of stock unfortunately and I had to wait a couple of days for them to come in. Also the battery ended up being bad as well and was replaced. I am very happy with the second service call I experienced, definitely disappointed with the first visit. I feel like my car was never looked at the first time. My car died while driving and diagnostics found nothing, hard to believe!. I asked the first guy that checked me in and then called me and said nothing was found, if he would let his family drive a car with this issue and he did not have a response. Very disappointed to say the least. Did the technician even test my car? Who knows. Not a good experience. Wendy Nava definitely did her job on my second visit and did it well. More

I have been going to Longo Toyota for two years and my experiences have always been great, so I was shocked by how terrible my visit was today. I normally come in for simple services like oil changes, and experiences have always been great, so I was shocked by how terrible my visit was today. I normally come in for simple services like oil changes, and services usually take about an hour. Instead, I ended up waiting 2.5 hours for something that has never taken this long. I worked with Wendy, and she was extremely rude and unhelpful from the start. She told me I was already on my last oil change even though I have a 3 year membership and it has only been two years. Every time I tried to ask a question, she acted like I was bothering her. I felt frustrated and dismissed the entire time. When I finally asked another staff member for help because she was not assisting me, she suddenly said my car was ready. It felt like she was intentionally prolonging the process. Her attitude completely ruined my visit. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Longo Toyota. More
