I loved and thoroughly enjoyed working with Alan who (BY THE WAY) came on his day off to hand me the keys as he knew I drove 3+ hours away to come pick my car up. This dealership provides you with even Starbucks coffee and sometimes pie's. Alan also gave me a tour of the entire place since they have done a re-model. I have never been to a Toyota dealership but now I know what beyond the STANDARD is in terms of people who care about the experience you deserve at Cedar Rapids Toyota. Awesome Service I found a 2017 Lexus RX 350 online. Sent an online inquiry around 9:30 am. Alan Makabi responded almost immediately. He took the time to take pictu I found a 2017 Lexus RX 350 online. Sent an online inquiry around 9:30 am. Alan Makabi responded almost immediately. He took the time to take pictures of vehicle outside and send to me. We drove up and arrived around 4:50 pm and test drove vehicle and purchased it. Wendy did our paperwork and we were on the road by 6:15 pm with our new suv. Alan was very nice, personable, knowledgable and not pushy at all. If all sales people were like him everyone would be buying cars like crazy! Wendy was awesome! Coolest desk ever. Like a smart board desk all the form were signed on a screen under the desktop. She was super down to earth like a cool family member. She had us on our way in no time flat. Love these 2 peeps! And when I thought I knew what I needed to know about leasing, I spoke with Terry and learned so much more. Terry was recommended to us by friends and we were glad we listened to them. Terry was very kind. Not pushy. Helpful on so many levels. We learned things about the new Highlander that were never explained with the Highlander we were turning in. Features we didn’t know either existed or what they were for. Very informative. Wendy in finance was helpful, fun to talk with and very down to earth. He took us on a test drive pointing out different features of the car. He explained all of our options. After everything was finalized he took us to our new vehicle and spent time explaining all the features of the car.
