My name is Wendy Nelson. I grew up in a small town, Deep River that has a population of about the size of our dealership. I graduated from High school in Montezuma. I then attended and graduated from the U of I. After I graduated I got a job selling cars at a dealership in Iowa City. Low and behold I ended up here at Cedar Rapids Toyota doing financing. It is hard to believe that I have worked for such a great co now for so many years. Not sure where all that time has gone. It doesn’t seem possible. The best part about going to work every day is that I truly love what I do and the people that I get to work with. Every customer is different and has different needs. Wonderful service! Everyone in the sales department was friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. The hospitality was awesome and they made me feel welcome. Happy with my new Rav4 Kory was awesome, helpful, friendly. No high pressure, Relaxed buying! Very helpful, took time to explain things, show you features. I was only "LOOKING" trying to decide what type of vehicle I was going to purchase. I've never owned a Toyota, wasn't a real big fan. I drove the Rav4 and I was sold! Wow, Couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Kory made sure to show all the features and explain differences between other models! Wendy in finance was great also. Very friendly, even though we kept her past closing time. Pleasant experience all the way around. Thank you CR Toyota. More

Happy I picked C.R. Toyota to make the purchase. Ty found the the pickup that I was looking for very quickly. After I committed to buying the truck sight unseen they went to get the truck even though Ty found the the pickup that I was looking for very quickly. After I committed to buying the truck sight unseen they went to get the truck even though it was in Naperville, Il. It took me several weeks to come up with the financing. They held the truck for me. Even though I had not seen the the truck until I went to pick it up, I am very satisfied with my selection and Wendy handling the paperwork for me to make the purchase. More

Crazy 2 car purchase :) Thank you for allowing my Son and myself to lease cars from your dealership. The experience was loaded with xxxxxxand had limited con's. Alan should be commended for his professionalism and personal ism. Most of the cons fall on my lack of pinning down details. Like I have no idea when I might receive my refund check from my Santa Fe. Or will I be receiving a refund for the licensed fees I had pay. We just had to sale through. The final steps BECAUSE we opted to show up at 5pm on a Friday. Also this navigation system may be well over my head. Do you hold classes ? On a side note I drove to mayo clinic for my monthly visit and averaged between 40-45 mpg driving 65-75 which was very exciting. Can you add miles at any time what if I want to buy the car ? Is it a done deal for 3 years . See I just should of asked more questions Thanks for what you did. Hopefully I'll be a better client next Time. Angie J Serbousek More
