Great call Wes! I made an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Wes Harrington noticed that my alignment was off. He recommended to have the alignment done to save my tires. Luckily we were able to save the tires for now but i`ll be back to replace them before next winter. I also had a coupon that I could not find in my email. He said to not worry about for now, that we could process that later. I found it just before paying my bill and he gladly applied it. Joe has been my service adviser when I have had other service appointments in the past, and he is always friendly, professional, and always gives me great advice about the car maintenance services I should do, The service advisers at Lia Honda of Albany are all very nice and knowledgeable about car maintenance, and they always guide me in the right direction whenever my car has an issue or just needs routine maintenance. I have an older Honda Accord that is aging well, so it means so much to me to get such great car maintenance advise from Joe Calabucci, and the other service advisers at Lia Honda. More
