We saw a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 online, Came to the dealership just to look, met are sales consultant Christian who was very helpful, we gave him our number to return later or the next day, he called o dealership just to look, met are sales consultant Christian who was very helpful, we gave him our number to return later or the next day, he called onces after we left and twice the following morning wanting to make sure we were coming in. We test drove the truck liked it and wanted to talk numbers that is when we met Wes Kachi, he was able to get the truck to the payment we wanted within $3.00, When we went to finance we met Mike Kaziyev who was very nice, the only issue we have is that we stated from the very begining that we only wanted to have a 60 month loan and we ended up with a 65 month loan in which we were told the bank would probably change so we were urged to sign the paperwork as is, well the bank didn't change there mind and we are now stuck with a 65 month loan paying more for a vehicle then we wanted lesson learned on our part I guess. Overal not a bad experience. More

The sales process happened exactly as Twan explained and in a very reasonable amount of time, we drove off in our new Jeep Wrangler. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from those two gentlemen. Our Dodge Journey is the second Certified Pre-owned car that we have bought from Carl Burgers in the last six months. It is not a wonder why they have a sign outside of their showroom that says "Largest C that we have bought from Carl Burgers in the last six months. It is not a wonder why they have a sign outside of their showroom that says "Largest Certified Pre-Owned Dealership in California, because buying a car from them makes it seem ridiculous to even look anywhere else. After buying a Chrysler 200 six months ago, I looked up my previous salesman, Javier Fierro, because no one has ever made car buying so simple and actually fun. I hoped that we would find something as awesome as the 200 so that we didn't have to look anywhere else. Needless to say, Javier performed his magic again, and we are now perfectly happy customers two times in the same year. If I could find a reason to justify buying a third car, I would do it again in six more months. Javier is truly the very best of the best at his job, and I don't want to buy a car from anyone else. He alone could make Carl Burgers a 5+ dealership in every respect, but he didn't do it alone. He is part of an amazing team that will keep me going back. I asked to work with Bennett Owen when it came time to make a final decision because he made this a very comfortable and even exciting experience last time, but unfortunately, he was off. Wes Kachi stepped into that role and showed me that making this part of car buying a great experience is in Carl Burgers culture, once again making this phase very comfortable. I also asked to arrange financing with Chris Selfani, as I had an equally perfect experience with him when buying the Chrysler 200. He was with another customer, but we chose to wait because he is simply worth the wait. These gentlemen truly make buying a great car a really great thing. They are all very well versed in exceptional customer service, and they deliver in the most professional, yet personal way. They turned me over to Chris Levin in service to arrange taking care of a few additional items on a "due bill", and he once again defined outstanding customer service, making this the best shopping experience we have had for any product in any industry. This is without a doubt a remarkable place that offers an amazing service to our community. I am very grateful that I found them and really will make them my "dealership for life. I came to Carl Burgers Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM World in search of a 2012 Chrysler Touring-L. I spoke with Mike over the phone, but never got a chance to meet him in person. However ,he was very courteous search of a 2012 Chrysler Touring-L. I spoke with Mike over the phone, but never got a chance to meet him in person. However ,he was very courteous and graciously turned me over to Joe "Barbeque" Geitani. Joe was super from the minute he shook my hand. We quickly found the vehicle I wanted and worked hard to get me the best deal. Throughout the negotiation process Wes Kachi was very helpful as well. Ultimately, he brought my offer to his GM that day and together they were able to make the deal work. Lastly, Chris Selfani came in to make the financing work to my advantage as well. Although I came in with a very competitive loan, I was very impressed to see Chris actually beat it. Thanks, Chris!
