This was my fist time purchasing a brand new car, Wes Richards made the experience smooth, he did not make me felt rush or force into choosing a car. He was very professional, thorough and friendly, he made sure before I left I knew every aspect of the car that I chose and whatever serves were available to me when needed. I was refer to him by Andrew White who stated that he has been buying cars from Wes for the past 30 plus years, also my daughter who both a car a few years ago. I would highly recommend Wes and Westbury Toyota because of the Excellent customer service and interaction I experience with the company. PS I love my new car. More

The dealership is clean and bright with lots of different cars displayed. The attentive staff and upbeat music give it a friendly atmosphere. I was so pleased with how Wesley took the time to explain all of cars displayed. The attentive staff and upbeat music give it a friendly atmosphere. I was so pleased with how Wesley took the time to explain all of the features on the vehicle during the test drive. It was my first car buying/leasing experience so I was a bit nervous, but with his guidance I was put at ease. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and was provided with many options to find the right fit. When it came time for the technical stuff like DMV and insurance it was pretty quick and hands free. I was even able to leave with the car that same day! Hernan was also lovely to work with because of his patience. I recommend anyone in the tri state area to get their next car here, you won’t be disappointed. More
