Everybody at the dealer was pleasant. The only thing that did not make sense is that the person in charge of the rental desk was away for a meeting when I had a confirmed appointment an The only thing that did not make sense is that the person in charge of the rental desk was away for a meeting when I had a confirmed appointment and time to pick up the rental. By the time they returned, repairs to my car were about 15 - 20 minutes from completion so we just waited for it. If that is the worst thing that happened, I can live with it. Repairs were completed properly and nobody tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs which I greatly appreciated. As a first time customer and an insurance auto appraiser for over 40 years, I am very aware when someone is trying to oversell the job. It is always nice to deal with an honest service writer, technician and dealership!! More

Weston Wallace is the best Service Rep I’ve experienced in my entire life! He is very responsive; I trusted him immediately; he is easy going and super high on his level of customer focus. Everyone sho in my entire life! He is very responsive; I trusted him immediately; he is easy going and super high on his level of customer focus. Everyone should book with him. He unselfishly helped me by exchanging numerous emails. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to schedule when he worked, so he didn’t get credit for all of the time and work that he did to help me. I felt so bad. He was so sweet about it. He was only concerned about me getting my car serviced. Do me a favor, if you are reading this review, please schedule with him. You won’t regret it. Let’s make this a world full with acts of kindness, like Weston displayed. He even went as far as scheduling my appointment with another Service Consultant!! I hope that Weston is promoted soon! He deserves it!!! More
