Currently on the fence concerning this dealership. 2 major jobs haven't been done right and had to bring vehicle back (pain) to have corrected. Whitney is always amazing when I see her there. Im always treated so well and she even offered to run my car through the wash after my oil change which was so sweet and definitely out of her way! I was reviewing the recording of the video by the technician and I had a lot of service items being performed. Apparently something was missed that was found by the tech and I think it was when Kelly technician and I had a lot of service items being performed. Apparently something was missed that was found by the tech and I think it was when Kelly was handing over my stuff to Whitley. So now I’m going to have to pay more for this overlooked maintenance and I’m already tapped out. I’m just disappointed that it was missed and no one caught it, including myself. More
