Great service, very fast! I have a 2015 IS-250 F-Sport and have been taking my Lexus to Westside to be serviced ever since I’ve taken delivery of the car. I’ve had mixed experi I have a 2015 IS-250 F-Sport and have been taking my Lexus to Westside to be serviced ever since I’ve taken delivery of the car. I’ve had mixed experiences with Westside’s service, although overall it has been good! I always make an appointment ahead of time and I’ve just gone in for scheduled maintenance and minor issues with my door locks. Last time I went in I was recommend by the service advisor to have a wheel alignment done and after many misalignment issues and having to make a two hour trip back to Westside for it to be fixed, everything was well taken care of and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Overall, the services that have been performed on my vehicle have been great besides some small bumps in the road and they are very fast in getting my vehicle done! More

fixed windshield; misplaced cap; made pay full amount , not I had my windshield replaced. When I picked up car, it needed something recalibrated or something so had to keep it for longer. That was still all go I had my windshield replaced. When I picked up car, it needed something recalibrated or something so had to keep it for longer. That was still all good but once I got home, found that my cap for the charging outlet on instrument panel was missing. It was laying next to it, not in slot when I dropped it off. I understand it might not be that big of a deal but it is the principal of it. I would like another one. I’m also not sure why you don’t allow to only pay deductible and insurance company pays their portion. I have Amica. I had ran into a friend who works there when I was getting the loaner and he said there would be no problem only paying my deductible. Not what happened at all. More

Great Experience I had to drive 3 hours to Westside. I was greeted by name and they took care of some major work. Everything was completed by the date promised. Second purchase through Internet sales The internet sales manager responded to my inquiry about a trade-in estimation and my preferences in a late model previously owned Lexus. He schedule The internet sales manager responded to my inquiry about a trade-in estimation and my preferences in a late model previously owned Lexus. He scheduled an appointment on the next day. He had the best match ready to view when I arrived. He postponed his lunch to see me at my best time. Many other thoughtful actions on his part resulted in my purchase of an excellently maintained Lexus certified car.
