I bought the 18 F150 in late Feburary..the right rear door handle wasnt working..salesman said they would take care of it..took it up there the following week and after 3 hrs they said they needed to ord door handle wasnt working..salesman said they would take care of it..took it up there the following week and after 3 hrs they said they needed to order the part to repair. The part came in, they had to reschedule because they didnt have a loaner as promised. So i rescheduled a few weeks out so they could provide me with a loaner. Dropped it off, they kept it for a day and called and said it was repaired. I drive from Asheboro the next morning again to pick up what i thought was a repaired truck...but no change , it still doesnt work properly. Spoke with the service manager and he told me i would another 2 week before they had another loaner..i kinda think i will have to fix it myself. More
