You had my new car for almost 2 weeks to fix the emergency brake.It was not until I called Ford motor that my salesman returned my calls. The sales manager that called to tell me my car was ready, t emergency brake.It was not until I called Ford motor that my salesman returned my calls. The sales manager that called to tell me my car was ready, then he texted right away that a part was ordered and they were waiting on it never returned my texts. All and all your dealership is substandard. Then at the last minute you said there was a deposit that is not so. I am coming in tomorrow to get my old car back or you can say that no deposit is due. God help me if I ever buy another car from you. More
