I am always pleased with Service. I would like to bring up.that fact that I have had two occasions where they did not reset my car for oil change and I have to come to dealership for reset. This is not c up.that fact that I have had two occasions where they did not reset my car for oil change and I have to come to dealership for reset. This dealer is concerned about its customers. From the gentleman in the lobby offering coffee and a chance to come in before they opened, to the service members arranging the service, to the parts depar gentleman in the lobby offering coffee and a chance to come in before they opened, to the service members arranging the service, to the parts department helping me to buy some accessories for my truck. They treated me like I was special, not just a customer! The sales team did the same when I bought the truck. My only problem is the dealer is in Greensboro not Raleigh! With the drive.
