Service was very good. The transmission work done was diagnosed to be a bad transmission cooler and the work that was performed on it was very good. I brought my car in for service, and ended up replacing it instead. My wife always loved mustangs and traded off her last one thanks to Willy Bass in sales for making it happen he is truly an asset to Gree it instead. The techs were not able to locate the leak on my tire. They pumped it up and put the tire on the vehicle and sent me on my way - the single mother of 2. The next morning the tire was flat again, I took it They pumped it up and put the tire on the vehicle and sent me on my way - the single mother of 2. The next morning the tire was flat again, I took it to another tire shop and they located the hole and patched it up and I am living happily ever after with all 4 inflated tires. More

No did not enjoy my service at service department . The people were not nice and had bad attitudes. I was made very uncomfortable there. They told me that they could not repair the f 150 I got from people were not nice and had bad attitudes. I was made very uncomfortable there. They told me that they could not repair the f 150 I got from green Ford . I had to make a appointment to have a oil pressure sensor replace and the rattling noise they could not repair so I would have to just drive this truck with a rattling noise. So I am looking to trade this truck in the near future. More

I have to say my experience at greenford was the best experience that I have ever had buying a car or any major purchase even a cell phone. Wiley was the salesman that i had been dealing with for weeks b experience that I have ever had buying a car or any major purchase even a cell phone. Wiley was the salesman that i had been dealing with for weeks before deciding what vehicle i actually wanted. There was no pressure, and at times before we went to.i look over the vehicles I was upfront and said I wasn't going to buy a vehicle today I only wanted to browse,I still didn't have that feeling that I was wasting his time, he showed me around gave me great information and was just so friendly I felt that I also met a friend.i absolutely love my new car and would highly recommend greenford for anyone's next purchase. And also I wasn't there all day.from the moment I walked on the lot, picked my car out, test drove it, signed all the paper work and drove off maybe three hours. Everything was great except for the lady that you pay is one of the unfriendliest people I have ever met. I dropped my car off at 8 a.m. at least twice & then got called to come pick it up because they never got around to looking at it. Then was told they needed to order a part & would call in 3 days or so. I g called to come pick it up because they never got around to looking at it. Then was told they needed to order a part & would call in 3 days or so. I gave them almost 2 weeks & had to call myself to see if they got the part. Then I wanted to make an appointment to sit & wait while it got fixed but got no cooperation on that. I know y'all like to wait for warranty to run out & you got your wish. I will find a reliable, trustworthy company to fix it. Fortunately, it is nothing major. This is my SIXTH Mustang in 20 years & there's a good reason I have never purchased one from Green Ford. The only highlight of this experience is the shuttle driver. He was friendly & engaging & we had great conversations on trips back & forth. I can't even submit this review without having to rate people I had nothing to do with for this issue. Though I did talk to Wiley Bass before I got my '18 & he gave me the run around, too. More
