Generally please with the work at Ken Garff... In my most recent visit for Transmission cooler lines, power steering lines and Hydro Boost replacement, I was less than pleased after the fact... Everything seemed to be fine until about 600 miles down the road and in another state the aftermath presented itself. I took my rig in for an alignment during which I was called by the technician. He informed me that my front Differential was dangling by two threads of one mounting bolt. The remainder were missing... The only other maintenance that had been performed was at Garff... I spoke with Garff and will be scheduling a follow up assessment and verification when I return to Utah. I know that they are better than this.. disappointing on the diff... all else was to spec. I visited the service Dept and have reviewed the issue with the good folks.. They took a look at the issue and corrected any issues promptly and with care. I am upgrading my rating out of respect for their follow up and honest effort. I trust Garff with my rigs.. This oversight could have been a bad gig had it not been caught by my alignment guy..and those issues rectified. The folks at Garff were accepting and took good care of me once I got back into town.. I would certainly take my rigs back to them for service. More

Took my daughters car in to get fixed. Told me it needed new rotors and brakes. They gave me the inspection report and it said brakes and rotors were in excellent shape. After further review it turns out it new rotors and brakes. They gave me the inspection report and it said brakes and rotors were in excellent shape. After further review it turns out it did not need brakes or rotors and they wanted to charge me over $400.00. They charge over $140 for diagnostic and would not refund the amount. More

Ken Garff has been the best service department I have ever used. They are timely. My vehicle is ready when they say it will be. I like the diagnostic video they include to show me everything done, and wh ever used. They are timely. My vehicle is ready when they say it will be. I like the diagnostic video they include to show me everything done, and what they recommend in the near future. My truck is cleaned and setting reset when done. Good job I recommend them to anyone. More

Best experience! Everyone was super helpful and got me the car I wanted at the payment I needed! Bill Acree is absolutely the best this is the 2nd car we have purchased with him and I would highly recomme the car I wanted at the payment I needed! Bill Acree is absolutely the best this is the 2nd car we have purchased with him and I would highly recommend him and the dealership to everyone I know! They truly care about you as well. We are about to have a first baby and when trying yo install our car seat in this new car we couldn’t find the anchors so we took the car back in for help the next day and had 5 different people helping us. The anchors were hidden pretty dang well! But the fact that we had 5 people willing to take time out of their busy day to make sure our baby would be safe was amazing and I’m very thankful for them! More

It took two separate visits to schedule a service appointment because your computer records are messed up. My son bought a vehicle from you many years ago but your system cannot distinguish between appointment because your computer records are messed up. My son bought a vehicle from you many years ago but your system cannot distinguish between his purchase and mine. After being told to come back on another day, We were able to get the proper purchase record and schedule an appointment. My wife took the car to the appointment. After a two hour wait, my wife asked about the extremely long wait only to find out that the car had be done for some time but those in the service department failed to notify her that the work had been completed. My wife was then dismissed and pointed to the parking lot to look for the car on her own. There was no discussion of what was noted during the service operation even though my wife specifically asked t;he to check the brakes for her. The only reason we have had any servicing done at your dealership is because it was part of our vehicle purchase. I cannot recommend your service department to anyone. More
