Furthermore he did it in a kind and respectful manner. I also had a very positive experience with the business manager, Ron. He too was quick and to the point and made the paperwork portion of leasing easy and enjoyable. And oh yeah, my Pilot is absolutely gorgeous. The car was delivered to me with not a speck of dirt inside or out. It was immaculate. Will spent a lot of time going over all the new fun features in my new truck.
