I have been in the business for almost nine years, and I pride myself on offering outstanding customer service and an excellent work ethic. I absolutely LOVE The Pacific North West, LOVE PDX, Love Oregon, and Washington! I am originally from Michoacan Mexico, so Spanish is my mother's thong. I first started as a lot attendant over at Ron Tonkin Chevrolet, in Sep of 2012, and in moved to the sales department in May of 2013. I learned so much from great people, first from my friend and former neighbor Hector P. It was thanks to him that I started in the trade, he was the head of the lot attendants team and I learned a lot from him. Having a good work team that cares for you is a blessing, especially when we spend more hours out of the day working with your team than with your own family. I have been truly blessed my whole career, I have always been surrounded by genuinely good, nice hard-working people.

Finance Mgr sold services I was never contacted to schedule (Tint, Celia). Also told me I could buy additional services after the car purchase transaction (extended warranty, etc) but when I called hi schedule (Tint, Celia). Also told me I could buy additional services after the car purchase transaction (extended warranty, etc) but when I called him later he said he no longer worked there and to call another person, who also couldn't help me, told me they would call me back and never did. Still haven't heard from service department to schedule my services. During the sales process they lied to me about 2024 models not being in yet, they were and were sitting on the lot. My girlfriend went and found them. They had me sign a paper saying I was offered Hyndai's extended warranty but they never offered me that - instead they offered me a 3rd party warranty. I signed the paper anyway because I wanted to get out of there. More

Similar to another review, you could have earned 5 stars, but there was an issue with scheduling. I made it clear that dropping off the car first thing Thursday morning and picking it back up at the end of but there was an issue with scheduling. I made it clear that dropping off the car first thing Thursday morning and picking it back up at the end of the day would work. Friday was not an option for me. Checking-in at 4:00pm before leaving work, it was made clear to me that the work on the car was not complete and would not be done until Friday, and picking up the car that night and rescheduling was not an option. In the end we found a solution, but it created a lot of unnecessary stress. Had I been notified earlier in the day, I would have simply said to set the car aside, I'll pick it up that night, and we'll reschedule. More
