Overall the experience was positive We purchased a CX5 and Will Lastrape was knowledgeable and professional. I guess the thing that left us with negative feelings was a small thing that We purchased a CX5 and Will Lastrape was knowledgeable and professional. I guess the thing that left us with negative feelings was a small thing that Mazda or the dealership could easily fix. One would think that a cargo shelf/cover would be standard issue in a $27K car with luxuries like heated seats and a fully-equipped information system. We pulled off the lot in the evening and didn't notice this integral component until the next day. The cargo cover is necessary if one is to place common things, like a hat or a tissue box behind the back seats. It also is necessary to cover luggage or parcels in the trunk to protect against theft. Now we have the inconvenience of ordering this necessary component which as stated, should be standard issue - shame on you Mazda! More
