In reality, Met Will in the parking lot and he was great. I knew what I wanted and he never pushed me or tried to get me to buy a more expensive car. In reality, he did everything he could to get me the car I wanted for the lowest price possible. He introduced me to the people I needed to deal with in the business office and in the service department. He answered all of my questions. Explained how everything worked and even tossed in a phone charger for my iPhone. He made it clear that if I had any questions or concerns after the sale to contact him personally and he would take care of it. He really made it a good experience. More
