We are very satisfied with our experience with him and the other employees. In January of this year, we bought a 2012 Explorer and last week we bought a 2012 F-150 FX4. I strongly recommend this dealership, the experience is so easy and it's not like other dealerships. You feel no pressure to buy, and you're able to see their no haggle price online and usually it is better than any other price out there. We are 1 hour from the dealership and wouldn't buy anywhere else. The Customer for life program is originally what brought us in to the dealership,the wonderful atmosphere and great employees is what brought us back for our second vehicle. Vince Cowan assisted us while Will was busy with another customer. Vince was very nice and showed us different vehicles on the lot. Theresa was very nice and helpful in explaining additonal purchase options like LifeLock. We have a 17 month who was with us during this purchase and she made sure he was happy. The 2013 Escape was the sixth vehicle bought by my family from Will Malloy at Apple Ford in the past three years. Will is straight forward in his approach and knowledgeable of the products he sales. Even though I am very much a "car guy", I used to hate the whole car buying process. Dealing with Will eliminates the pressure and minimizes the negativeness of the experience. I shopped for over a week at several dealerships for a very specific FX4. Several ads for this car proved to be "we just sold it, but we have something similar" traps. After a full Saturday of fruitless shopping, I saw Apple's ad for the exact car I wanted at what I knew to be the best and correct price I should pay. Car Salesman are often thought of a smooth talking shysters ready to tell you anything to get you to buy a car for as much as they can get out of you….But I wanted to say it was NOT the case with Will shysters ready to tell you anything to get you to buy a car for as much as they can get out of you….But I wanted to say it was NOT the case with William Malloy…I never once felt pressured...and while I truly can't say I got the lowest price, I can tell you He gave me the "best deal" he could. He went out of his way ( as well as everyone) to get me the truck I wanted last year and the car I wanted Yesterday. Yes I have bought two new Vehicles from Will and the Apple ford Team!!! And I will be back for more. While there are plenty of dealerships around Baltimore, I travel to Columbia (Apple Ford). I had just returned from Active Duty in the Army where I was stationed in Arizona. We were in the middle of the recession and out of all the manufacturers Ford was not one of the big boys looking for a bai was stationed in Arizona. We were in the middle of the recession and out of all the manufacturers Ford was not one of the big boys looking for a bail out, this drove me to consider Ford for my next purchase, because it was clear to me that based off their testimony that they could run for 3 more years as things were that they had a business plan that was working and that they intended on staying around. All that lead me to Apple Ford in Columbia, MD. I remember in the 90's my mother bought a Ford vehicle from there so it was my first and only needed stop that day. I had looked on the internet for what types of cars I would be interested in, I wanted a fair price, plenty of options, and great gas mileage. I was trading in a 2001 Chevy Cavalier LS that I bought while in Arizona on Active Duty and was in good condition but was a base vehicle that had no frills. With the Economy as it was, I wanted affordable gas and payments and my Audi at the time was neither. William Malloy was my sales Rep and he made the process quick and painless, he got me high value for my trade and was able to work with my credit union Tower Federal to get the loan approval and process finished quickly, I met with him for 90 minutes or so, he showed me the car I came to look at and two similar makes and models and then he priced one out that was agreeable on the first go, there was no muss no fuss, no special or shady tactics, he wanted the sale and a return customer and he offered me the best deal. I had to return to work so he told me he would take care of the rest, I returned later that day to sign the final documents and take ownership of my new vehicle. It was a very happy day for me and from inquiry to ownership, it didnt take more than 3hrs tops. I wish I could say I had the same experience at all the dealerships I went to. I owned that car from fall 2008 until Summer 2011. More
