This was my first service for my car.

Basically, they just rotated tires, gave them air, and checked why my wireless car charger wasn't keeping a connection. I was not happy to hear that my car charger is defective and thats just how it is. It seems there is not a way to fix it. The car is 4 months old. Otherwise, no complaints.
William was nice, straightforward and honest. Disappointed in Toyota though from the deceptive car sale and now this.
