I needed a new tire. I wanted to make sure the service dept had the tire available the day of my appointment. I bought my 2017 Toyota Highlander used certified in 2018. It has only been dealer serviced. Yesterday I needed rear brakes, an inspection and was due for the 50k maintenance. My service advisor, William Bonilla, who I have worked with before, was clear about what needed to be done and how much it would cost from the very beginning. No surprises. William applied a coupon to help keep costs down as well which I appreciated. My car was ready to be picked up quickly and you would never know anyone was in it because they left it exactly the way I gave it to them. More

I always get good service at Empire Toyota in Huntington. William Bonilla is always especially helpful, and so is Sunny when I work with him. I actually live much closer to another Toyota dealer, but when William Bonilla is always especially helpful, and so is Sunny when I work with him.
