Brought vehicle for Key programming and was told by William Elison that battery was bad and i asked if they used a battery mantainer and he said yes but that did not work, i am a tech myself and told h William Elison that battery was bad and i asked if they used a battery mantainer and he said yes but that did not work, i am a tech myself and told him that if he was sure if the battery was the issue due to tue fact that if a battery pack was used and still did not get any power to the vehicle that most likely is not the battery, he did not like my questions wich i am entitled to due to being a customer and said for me to get my key and get out of the dealership just because i asked questions on my vehicle, will love to speak to management of this place. Customer can ask as many questions as they like. More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I brought my VW in last week for a CarPlay issue and was told that it was the USB port that needed replacement and could be replaced. Today when I pi I brought my VW in last week for a CarPlay issue and was told that it was the USB port that needed replacement and could be replaced. Today when I picked up the car, the CarPlay didn't work with my phone and was told that it was my USB A to USB C adapter that was the issue. Why wasn't I told this last week? While discussing this issue with the individual who works in service and sits in the office behind the service desk, he cursed at me several times using the F word numerous. This is no way to treat a customer, represent a business and brand, and act in public. He needs to be reported immediately and should be ashamed of himself for acting in such a manor. NEVER GO TO CURRAN VW SERVICE. AVOID. More
